“We contracted with Wanigan Builders to replace the cedar wood surface of our deck. They installed the new PVC state of the art decking surface we selected which came with a very attractive warranty against structural, stain and fade. Unfortunately, the product did fade and we decided to claim the warranty only to find out the original company had sold their decking business to another company who had then sold their decking business to another large outdoor product company.
Needless to say this complicated the warranty enforcement, but Wanigan Builders stayed with us and helped us to get a replacement product and they installed it all under warranty. I WILL definitely use WANIGAN BUILDERS for all my future building needs.”

Wanigan is a ten star excellent team to work with. I can’t give enough praise for the jobs they have done for me. I did not have to worry about anything with Wanigan, they handled every aspect of the job. It was such an easy and no stressful process, absolutely amazing. I have had Connie and her amazing crew work on two projects for me so far. They are incredible knowledgeable, timely, fair priced and in my opinion just the best to work with. My first project they worked on was converting and building out a mother-in-law suit/guest house from my garage that is absolutely beautiful and transformational. They went above and beyond to help me make it perfect for my aging mother. Second project they tore out my old front porch and replaced it with a great product they have that doesn’t get icy in the winters! Also, it is just the most exquisite front porch with beautiful step lights and railing lights around it. I would absolutely recommend Wanigan to anyone and everyone I come across. I will be working again with them for a third project, a kitchen addition. A kitchen addition is one of the hardest projects to do, but I have the upmost confidence in this team that it will be as successful and fabulous as previous projects with them.
